Mr. Brand has spent his career and life’s work paving way for an array of regulated industries. Having a heavy hand in influencing, writing and ultimately helping pass the 2014 & 2018 Farm Bills through US Congress & Senate, Mr. Brand was the concluding speaker before the FDAA. This work effectively legalized hemp, Federally, and began the globalization of a new emerging industry. As former owner and General Counsel of the largest vertically integrated hemp manufacturer of its time and first of its kind to achieve a multi-billion dollar valuation within a few short years of inception, Mr. Brand’s valued efforts and knowledge paved the way for the industry as a whole.
